I am very excited to share my first recipe with you. I decided to go with Lemon Cheesecake because it’s my mom’s favorite dessert. I used to love making this for her in Japan. This recipe is dedicated to her.

Japanese Lemon Cheesecake Bar

  • 1 pkg cream-cheese room temperature (250g)
  • cup sugar (70g)
  • 1 egg
  • ¾ cup whipping cream (180ml)
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp all-purpose flour (23g)


  • Mix cream-cheese and sugar until the texture is cream
  • Crack the eggs one at a time
  • Add whipping-cream and fresh lemon juice, then stir well
  • Use a sifter for the flour, then mix until the flour is blended into the batter
  • Bake for 40 minutes at 360F/180C
  • For the best taste, chill the cheesecake in the fridge before eating



* measurement is international measuring cup : 1cup = 250ml, 1 tbsp = 15ml, 1tsp = 5ml

The cheesecake was so easy to make. I already used this recipe 3 times. Very light taste and delicious!

  • クリームチーズ 室温にして 250g
  • 砂糖  65g
  • たまご 2個
  • 生クリーム 200ml
  • フレッシュレモンジュース 30ml
  • 小麦粉 30g
  1. 室温に戻したクリームチーズと砂糖をクリーミーになるまでよく混ぜます
  2. たまごを一つずつ割って混ぜます
  3. 生クリームとレモンジュースを入れ、よく混ぜます
  4. シフターを使って、小麦粉をふるってから混ぜ込みます
  5. オーブンを180度に温めて40分間焼きます
  6. 食べる前に冷蔵庫で冷やすとより美味しいです

일본식 레몬 치즈케잌 바
  • 크림치즈 1팩 (250g)
  • 설탕 1/3컵 (65g)
  • 달걀 x 2
  • 휘핑크림을 3/4컵(200ml)
  • 신선한 레몬쥬스를 2tbs (30ml)
  • 밀가루 3tbs(30g)

  1. 크림치즈 설탕 그리고 크리미해질때까지 계속 저어주세요
  2. 더해주세요 달걀 x1. 잘 풀어주세요.두번째 달걀도 깨주세요.
  3. 휘핑크림을 더해주세요. 신선한 레몬쥬스를 넣어주세요. 잘 섞어줍니다.
  4. 부드러운 식감을 위해 밀가루 을 체터를 사용해서 넣어주세요. 밀가루가 반죽에 잘 섞일 때까지 잘 저어주세요.
  5. 360 F /180C 의 오븐에서 40분 구워줍니다.
  6. 맛있게 드시려면 냉장고에서 식혀주세요.
