Easy Fluffy Japanese Pancake

This pancake is super fluffy and melts in your mouth with a hint of sweetness. Perfect weekend breakfast for your family. Eat with fresh fruits and add whipping cream for extra yumminess!! The recipe is for 1 serving. Let’s say if you are a family of 4, please quadruple the recipe.

Easy Fluffy Japanese Pancake

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Large Eggs
  • tbsp Milk (22ml)
  • ¼ cup flour (30g)
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract (1.5ml)
  • ½ tsp baking powder (2g)
  • 2⅓ tbsp sugar (30g)

Instructions
 

  • Separate egg whites and egg yolks into two different bowls, put the egg white in the fridge to chill
  • Add milk, flour,vanilla extract, baking powder and 1tsp sugar into the bowl
  • Whisk all the ingredients together until smooth
  • Take egg whites out from the fridge and beat them very well
  • When egg whites turn foamy, add 1tbsp sugar and beat some more. Then add another 1tbsp sugar and continue to beat until the texture becomes stiffer.
  • Add ⅛ amount of meringue into the egg yellow mixture. Gently mix it.
  • Add another ⅛amount of meringue nd repeat the same thing again.
  • Transfer the egg yolk mixture into the bowl of meringue. Gently fold in two mixtures together. Try not to break the air bubbles in meringue. Move the spatula in a forward/backward motion.
  • Turn on the stove and cook at low heat the entire time. (You can turn the stove on before step 8 to eliminate the pan heating wait time if you would like)
  • Coat the pan with melted butter. Scoop 3 pancakes onto the pan. Each pancake is small in size and higher in thickness.
  • Pour 1-2 tablespoon of water between the pancakes
  • Close the lid and wait 5 minutes for the pancakes to cook
  • Turn the pancakes very gently, pour another 1-2 tablespoon of water between the pancakes
  • Close the lid and wait for 2 minutes
  • Transfer the pancakes on the serving plate
  • If you would like, you can decorate your pancakes with your favorite fruits, whipping cream and powdered sugar.
  • Pour the maple syrup and Bon Appétit!

⭐️ふあふあホットケーキ⭐️

材料 (一人分、ホットケーキ3つ)

  • 卵Lサイズ     2個
  • 牛乳        22g
  • 小麦粉       30g
  • バニラエッセンス  少量
  • ベーキングパウダー 2g
  • 砂糖        30g


作り方

1. 卵を2つ黄身と白身を別々にします。卵の白身は冷蔵庫に入れて冷やします

2. 牛乳、小麦粉、バニラエッセンス、ベーキングパウダー、砂糖5gと黄身のボールに加えます。

3. 滑らかになるまで混ぜます

4. 次にメレンゲを作ります。卵の白身を泡立て器てしっかり混ぜます。

5. 角が立ってきたら、砂糖を加えて混ぜます。砂糖は半分づづの量で2回ほど足すのがオススメです。

6. メレンゲが出来たら、6分の1くらいの量のメレンゲを、初めに混ぜた黄身のボウルに入れます。ザックリスパチュラを縦に切りながら混ぜます。

7. 6分の1くらいの量のメレンゲをもう一度足して混ぜます

8. メレンゲのボールに、もう一つの全ての材料を流し込みます。 メレンゲの角が壊れない様優しくザックリ混ぜます。

9. さあ、火をつけてホットケーキを焼きましょう。弱火で焼きます。(フライパンがあったかくなる待ち時間を削減したい場合は、工程8の前に火をつけるのがいいと思います。)

10. バターを溶かして、フライパンをバターでコーテングした後、3つのホットケーキをフライパンに作ります。小さく厚さを高めに作ります。

11. 蒸すために1−2大スプーンの水をホットケーキの間の空いている部分に加えます

12. 蓋をして5分待ちます

13. ホットケーキを裏返しした後、もう一度水を加えて蒸し焼きます

14. 蓋をして2分待ちます

15. 出来上がったホットケーキをお皿に移して、お好みでお皿に飾り付けします。

16. 大好きな果物、生クリーム、粉砂糖等を使うと素敵に飾れます。

17. メープルシロップをかけて、さあいただきましょう

*ホートッケーキの焼き時間は基本時間までに考えてください。お家の調理器の種類に応じて、時間の調節お願いします。

🍓폭신폭신한 일본풍 팬케잌🍑

성분 (1 인, 팬케이크 3 개)

  • 계란 2개
  • 우유 22g (1 ½ 큰 스푼)
  • 밀가루 30g (¼ 계량컵)
  • 바닐라 추출물 1/4 티스푼
  • 베이킹 파우더 2g (½ 티스푼)
  • 설탕 30g (2 큰 스푼 1티스푼)

만드는 법

1. 계란 2개, 노른자를 각각 분리해 줍니다. 계란의 흰자를 냉장고에 넣어서 차갑게 해줍니다.

2. 우유 밀가루 바닐라 추출물 베이킹 파우더 설탕4그람 넣어줍니다.

3. 노른자 과 모든 재료를 부드럽게 될때까지 저어줍니다

4. 다음은 계란의 흰자를 섞어서 머랭을 만듭니다

5. 잠시 후 거품이 생기면 설탕을 25그람 넣습니다. 반반씩 넣어주는 것이 좋습니다.

6. 6분의 1정도의 머랭을 처음에 만들어둔 반죽의 볼에 넣습니다. 스파출라로 세로로 잘라가며 섞어줍니다.

7. 6분의 1정도의 머랭을 한번 더 넣고 섞어줍니다

8. 머랭의 볼에 모든 재료를 넣어줍니다

9. 자. 불을 켜고 팬케잌을 구워볼까요

10. 버터를 녹입니다. 프라이팬에 버터를 깐다. 만든 반죽으로 3개의 팬케잌을 만들어집니다.

11. 찌기 위해서 1-2큰스푼의 물을 팬케잌사이의 빈 곳에 부어줍니다

12. 뚜껑을 덮고 5분 기다립니다

13. 팬케잌을 뒤집어서 한번 더 물을 부어주고 스팀으로 구워줍니다

14. 뚜껑을 덮고 2분 기다립니다

15. 그릇으로 옮겨 담을께요

16. 좋아하는 과일, 생크림을 장식하세요. 집에 파우더슈가가 있으면, 더욱 먹음직스럽게 장식할수 있어요.

17. 메이플시럽을 뿌리고, 먹어보겠습니다
