Japanese Lemon Cheesecake Bar

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pkg cream-cheese room temperature (250g)
  • cup sugar (70g)
  • 1 egg
  • ¾ cup whipping cream (180ml)
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp all-purpose flour (23g)

Instructions
 

  • Mix cream-cheese and sugar until the texture is cream
  • Crack the eggs one at a time
  • Add whipping-cream and fresh lemon juice, then stir well
  • Use a sifter for the flour, then mix until the flour is blended into the batter
  • Bake for 40 minutes at 360F/180C
  • For the best taste, chill the cheesecake in the fridge before eating
