fresh lemon juice

all-purpose flour

Instructions
Mix cream-cheese and sugar until the texture is cream
Crack the eggs one at a time
Add whipping-cream and fresh lemon juice, then stir well
Use a sifter for the flour, then mix until the flour is blended into the batter
Bake for 40 minutes at 360F/180C
For the best taste, chill the cheesecake in the fridge before eating
