Easy Japanese Lemon Cheesecake Bar
I am very excited to share my first recipe with you. I decided to go with Lemon Cheesecake because it’s my mom’s favorite dessert. I used to love making this for her in Japan. This recipe is dedicated to her.
Japanese Lemon Cheesecake Bar
Ingredients
- 1 pkg cream-cheese room temperature (250g)
- ⅓ cup sugar (70g)
- 1 egg
- ¾ cup whipping cream (180ml)
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 3 tbsp all-purpose flour (23g)
Instructions
- Mix cream-cheese and sugar until the texture is cream
- Crack the eggs one at a time
- Add whipping-cream and fresh lemon juice, then stir well
- Use a sifter for the flour, then mix until the flour is blended into the batter
- Bake for 40 minutes at 360F/180C
- For the best taste, chill the cheesecake in the fridge before eating

Delicious and easy to make

レモンチーズケーキバーの作り方
- クリームチーズ 室温にして 250g
- 砂糖 65g
- たまご 2個
- 生クリーム 200ml
- フレッシュレモンジュース 30ml
- 小麦粉 30g
- 室温に戻したクリームチーズと砂糖をクリーミーになるまでよく混ぜます
- たまごを一つずつ割って混ぜます
- 生クリームとレモンジュースを入れ、よく混ぜます
- シフターを使って、小麦粉をふるってから混ぜ込みます
- オーブンを180度に温めて40分間焼きます
- 食べる前に冷蔵庫で冷やすとより美味しいです

일본식 레몬 치즈케잌 바
- 크림치즈 1팩 (250g)
- 설탕 1/3컵 (65g)
- 달걀 x 2
- 휘핑크림을 3/4컵(200ml)
- 신선한 레몬쥬스를 2tbs (30ml)
- 밀가루 3tbs(30g)
- 크림치즈 설탕 그리고 크리미해질때까지 계속 저어주세요
- 더해주세요 달걀 x1. 잘 풀어주세요.두번째 달걀도 깨주세요.
- 휘핑크림을 더해주세요. 신선한 레몬쥬스를 넣어주세요. 잘 섞어줍니다.
- 부드러운 식감을 위해 밀가루 을 체터를 사용해서 넣어주세요. 밀가루가 반죽에 잘 섞일 때까지 잘 저어주세요.
- 360 F /180C 의 오븐에서 40분 구워줍니다.
- 맛있게 드시려면 냉장고에서 식혀주세요.
